Can I return or exchange my order?
No. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our medical products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required by law.
Are there exceptions to the return policy?
Yes. We only offer replacements or store credit for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must report issues within 7 days of delivery at sales@bostonmedsupply.com or (617) 390-4945. Proof of the issue may be required.
Will you cover shipping if an exception is approved?
